1. Where Do We Ship?
We offer global shipping to most countries and regions, including (but not limited to):
Southeast Asia (e.g., Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia)
North America (e.g., USA, Canada)
Europe (e.g., UK, Germany, France)
Australia, New Zealand, and other major regions.

2. How Long Does Delivery Take?
Delivery time has two parts: processing time (preparing your order) + shipping time (moving it to you):
Processing time: 1-2 business days (we pack and send your order within 48 hours of payment confirmation, excluding weekends/holidays).
Shipping time (by region):
Southeast Asia: 5-7 business days
North America/Europe: 7-10 business days
Other regions: 10-14 business days
Note: These are estimated times—bad weather, customs checks, or busy seasons (e.g., holidays) may cause small delays.
3. How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on two things:
Your delivery address (which country/region you’re in)
Your order’s total weight (e.g., 1 yoga set vs. 3 tees + 2 pants)
You’ll see the exact shipping cost before paying—just add items to your cart, enter your address, and the fee will show up at checkout.
4. How to Track Your Order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send a tracking link to your email (the one you used to place the order) within 24 hours.To check your package’s status:
Click the tracking link in our email.
Or go to our website’s “Order Tracking” page, enter your order number (from your confirmation email) and email address.
You’ll see where your package is (e.g., “In transit to your country” or “Out for delivery”) and an estimated delivery date.
5. Important Notes
Address changes: If you need to update your delivery address, email us at [email protected] before we ship your order (we can’t change it once it’s on the way).
Customs fees/taxes: For international orders, your local customs office may charge small fees (e.g., import tax) to release your package. These fees are set by your country—not us—and you’ll need to pay them directly to customs (we can’t cover these).
Missing packages: If your tracking says “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order, first check with your neighbors or building management. If it’s still missing, email us within 7 days of the “Delivered” status—we’ll help you resolve it.
