Returns Policy

At RACING STARS PTE. LTD., we want you to love your activewear. If something isn’t right, our returns process is simple—here’s what you need to know:​

1. Eligibility: When You Can Return​

To request a return, your item must meet these two conditions:​

  • You request it within 30 days of delivery (we’ll check the delivery date from your order tracking).​
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags attached (e.g., no gym wear marks, no cut tags, no stains).​

Note: Clearance/sale items are final sale—they can’t be returned or exchanged.

2. How to Start a Return (3 Easy Steps)​

Step 1: Email us to confirm​

Send an email to [email protected] with:​

  • Your order number (found in your order confirmation email).​
  • The name of the item you want to return.​
  • A short reason (e.g., “wrong size,” “changed mind”).​

We’ll reply within 1-2 business days with a “Return Confirmation” and our return address.​

Step 2: Ship the item back​

Pack the item safely (use the original packaging if possible) and ship it to our Singapore address:​

Please keep your shipping receipt—you’ll need it to track the package.

Step 3: We process your refund/exchange​

Once we receive and check your item (takes 2-3 business days), we’ll:​

  • For refunds: Send your money back to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal). This takes 3-5 business days to show up in your account.​
  • For exchanges: Ship the new size/style to you for free (we cover international shipping for exchanges!).​

3. Important Notes for International Orders​

  • Return shipping costs: You (the customer) pay for shipping the item back to Singapore. We don’t cover these costs.​
  • Customs/taxes: Any customs fees or taxes you paid when receiving the order won’t be refunded (these are charged by your country’s government, not us).​
  • Delivery delays: International shipping can take 7-14 days—please factor this in if you’re close to the 30-day return deadline.​

4. What We Can’t Accept​

We can’t process returns for items that are:​

  • Used, washed, or missing tags.​
  • Damaged by you (e.g., tears from improper use, stains from makeup).​
  • Custom-made items (if you ordered a personalized design).
